When DANILIFT undertakes to develop bespoke solutions, it most often requires that a standard lift is either given special features or modified. As specialists in custom-built lifts, DANILIFT has taken part in Dansk AM Hub\u2019s and Center for Industri\u2019s 3DP Try Out programme to explore how 3D printing can solve some of the production and development challenges that would otherwise arise in this work. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\u201cDANILIFT has a clear vision of rising above the other players in the Scandinavian market, and we will go to great lengths to get there. This requires us to always stay ahead of developments. This applies especially to product development, but also within service and safety. Here, 3D printing will come to play a significant role, and\u201d <\/span>the programme with Danish AM Hub<\/a> <\/span>has been of exceptionally great value, but also a major and important step on the way for the company\u2019s future strategy,\u201d says the company\u2019s owner, Knud Erik Markussen.<\/p>\n

In connection with the production, service and assembly of lifts at <\/span>DANILIFT<\/a> <\/span>many special sub-components are included in a complex lift, and safety is therefore always the top priority \u2013 also when it comes to new development. Therefore, \u201cright first time\u201d is essential, and here it turned out that prototyping and, not least, test prints were decisive in quickly moving to the next step in the development process. With the help of 3D technology, DANILIFT can therefore develop faster, produce more precisely and thereby strengthen the company\u2019s competitiveness. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

DANILIFT\u2019s management also sees 3D technology as a necessity to rise above competitors in Scandinavia and to remain a leader in its field in Denmark.<\/p>\n
