A 1% reduction in energy loss saves customers DKK 85,000 per system<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

As a market leader in refrigeration solutions for large buildings, Advansor must ensure continued development of even more cost-effective and climate-friendly solutions.<\/p>\n

By optimising the designs of the refrigeration systems, they now ensure their customers an energy saving of 70,000 kWh per year, equivalent to up to DKK 85,000 per year.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

The case: Overview and context<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

Sharp bends in the piping caused a clear pressure drop in the systems, leading to less efficient cooling and significant energy waste. Advansor\u2019s developers were already working with 3D printing, but exclusively in plastic. <\/p>\n

In close collaboration with AM Hub, the challenge was defined and partners identified in order to initiate a redesign.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n
