Grant-making policy

Statutory statement on the grant-making policy of the AM-Lab Denmark Foundation, pursuant to section 77 b of the Danish Financial Statements Act

The statement forms an integral part of the management review in the foundation’s annual report for the following financial period: 1 January 2025–31 December 2025.

The statement is not covered by the auditor’s opinion on the foundation’s annual report.

Good foundation governance

Each year, the AM-Lab Denmark Foundation prepares a statement on good foundation governance. It forms an integral part of the management review in the foundation’s annual report.

Overall communications policy for Dansk AM Hub

Dansk AM Hub aims to inform and communicate openly about our activities, projects, and results.

The objectives of Dansk AM Hub’s communications are to create:

  • Awareness of AM and to increase knowledge of the technology among Danish companies, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Knowledge sharing about the projects initiated by Dansk AM Hub, so that the knowledge gained is made available to all interested parties.
  • International awareness of AM in Denmark.

 

Dansk AM Hub’s communications principles set out the overall views and guidelines for how we work with communications:

Openness: Dansk AM Hub is transparent and open about our activities. Dansk AM Hub is proactive and seeks dialogue with potential partners and companies.

Engagement: Dansk AM Hub is actively involved in the projects we initiate together with partners. We expect partners to be strongly committed to the projects and to work to ensure that they create the greatest possible knowledge and value for the companies participating.

Impact: Dansk AM Hub strives to set the agenda regarding the opportunities offered by new technologies such as Additive Manufacturing. Our goal is to strengthen the competitiveness of Danish industry and sustainable manufacturing by promoting the use of Additive Manufacturing and 3D printing.

Communication and knowledge sharing: Dansk AM Hub actively makes the knowledge generated by the various projects and activities available to everyone.

Target groups: Dansk AM Hub’s primary target group is decision-makers in small and medium-sized Danish industrial companies, but there will also be initiatives with a broader scope to increase general awareness of AM.

Roles and responsibilities: The Chair of Dansk AM Hub represents the Board in relation to the public, and the CEO represents Dansk AM Hub in relation to the public. Employees are responsible for actively contributing to the communication of tools, knowledge, and results as an integral part of their work.
